About us

Our team of international experts are focused entirely on helping our clients to define and achieve success.

Over the years, we have seen time and again how performance starts with competent and inspired individuals. Initially working to help develop sales teams, we have been asked by many other functions to provide training for them in areas which were historically thought of as relevant only to sales; negotiation skills, presenting, expert communication, strategy and leadership to name but a few. Today you will find us taking those areas of specific expertise and working to build success for teams across all functions including Finance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Marketing and more.

Working collaboratively as consultants, facilitators, trainers and executive coaches, our experts work with leaders, teams and individuals to recognise and conquer the challenges they face from day to day. We also enable our clients to identify and seize on opportunities too and by encouraging debate and sharing knowledge,our carefully constructed plans help to improve performance beyond expectations.

Our design expertise has kept us at the forefront of the learning and development industry. Proudly independent, we have extensive experience across a wide range of sectors and have worked with a broad range of global, blue chip clients.

Putting our clients first has dictated our physical footprint as we have steadily established a global presence. We are able to work in multiple languages wherever we are needed around the world either in person or online in secure, virtual classrooms.

Our story

BORG was established in 1994 - for over 25 years we have put our clients at the forefront of our thinking. We started life as a sales consultancy with a passion to do the right thing for each and every client – no "off the shelf" solutions!

We listened, analysed, and creatively explored options and alternatives for improving the sales performance of our clients. BORG was established in 1994 and we have been putting our clients at the forefront of our thinking ever since. We remain committed to doing exactly that today. Putting clients first, client referrals and recommendations have dictated our physical footprint as we have steadily established a global presence wherever our clients have needed us in the UK, Continental Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. We remain independent and are not a "franchised" organisation – for us quality is paramount.
